  • Are these courses eligible for participatory or self-study MCLE credit?

    FamLaw Masters courses qualify for participatory MCLE credit though they do not qualify for self-study.

  • Are these courses available to watch live or as recordings?

    The majority of our courses are offered through Zoom as live webinars. If you have already purchased the course and cannot watch it live, a recorded video will be sent to your email.

  • What formats are available for these courses?

    FamLaw Masters offers live webinars under the Upcoming Webinars tab on the homepage, which will take place through Zoom. Students can also sign up for more courses at a lower price under the Specials tab. These courses are recorded sessions from previous webinars. If you want to purchase one course, please explore the Course Offerings tab and find a recorded session that best suits your interests and needs.

  • Where can I find the MCLE certificates?

    The MCLE certificates will be emailed to students after the live webinar. For recorded courses, students will be directed to the certificate via a link once it shows they are 100% done with the course.

  • What are Specials?

    Specials are bundle packages that allow students to purchase more courses for a lower price. The courses in these packages consist of recorded sessions.

  • Who are these courses for?

    Family law attorneys in California will find this information applicable in their professional lives. Paralegals, legal assistants, and other professionals can also watch these courses.

  • How many hours of Minimum Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) are State Bar licensees required to complete?

    With a few exceptions, all active State Bar licensees must complete 25 hours of Minimum Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) in their three-year compliance periods and file a report with the State Bar. The State Bar audits compliance with MCLE requirements.
